Important organizational information

As this WISSA is a bit different from the ones we are used to, here is a bit of information about how we are trying to get things done safely.

Generally, we try to avoid gatherings as much as possible. Therefore there will not be an Opening Ceremony or skippers meetings. The Prize-giving Ceremony will be held outside, close to the rigging areas. The daily lunch soup is also offered outside, close to the Race Office.
Instead of the Opening Ceremony, we will post a video greeting on Monday evening,

All official info will be at the Notice Board, please look under the “Notices” tab for updates like daily schedules (next day updated latest at 9 PM previous day) and everything else. This is the way to keep from meetings before the races. In the same place, there are protest times and hearings info. Protest Forms will be in the Race Office but if you can fill them in some other place, would be good. For private notes (lost and found, sale of equipment etc) leave your info to the Race Office and it will be under “Sport Communication”. All paper notices will be removed. The screenshot of the Notice Board header is here:

The Entry List can be found at manage2sail. Also, all the results will be there, but they will be integrated into our website, too. Please use dropdown menus for choosing your class and seeing subdivisions. The screenshot from another event shows where you can find the dropdown menus.

Masks are not required outside but please wear something covering your mouth and nose when entering the Race Office. Also, please try to avoid having too many people in Race Office and we kindly ask you to step out if asked. Please try not to go to Race Office unless really needed. For general information etc try to find Enda (+3725515135). In the Race Office, there is usually just a scorer.

Please keep your distance from other competitors and Race Officers at all times. Please come to race only if you feel all well and fit.
